We would like to inform you, that we have restarted our online appointment booking system as of May 1, 2022, in order to ensure the fastest and most convenient administration. You can book an appointment in the online appointment system for the following cases:
- passport
- ID card
- legalization of documents (signatures, translations, certified copies)
- moral certificate
- address administration
- opening of Ügyfélkapu and 3NY

For all other cases and inquires you will still have to resort to sending in your request via email at consulate.chi@mfa.gov.hu
- citizenship verification
- simplified naturalization
- registration of birth/marriage and death
- Schengen visa (C – less than 90 days)
- Residence permit (D – longer than 90 days)
